Active living is an important part of our daily life.  It makes us stronger and healthier.  On this site you can see my examples of active living.

Short term goals:
     * reduce time watching tv and increase active time similarly to the suggestions on the active living sheet.
     * keep doing sit ups and push ups as well as the running.
    
Long term goals:
     * increase overall fitness level, muscle strength and endurance.
     * decrease the difference between my resting heart rate and active heart rate.

Placed first in 300m sprints at the track day!!!!!!!  Oh, and our sprint team got third, not bad.
