Term 3

My short terms goals went fairly well for last term.  My goals were::
Short term goals:
   * run for 3-5 minutes about 4 days a week, 2 of those days being at school.
   * do 10 situp and 10 push ups each day.
   *strech before I do large amounts of physical activity.
 
At the beginning I often forgot about my goals but as I did them more often they became easier and a habit so I didn't forget as much.  As for the running it didn't always go very well because it was snowy and icy and cold out quite a bit so I yeah but later on it got done more.  Also, with the stretching, the most major activity I do is colorguard and we stretch at every rehearsal already so that went well.  The push ups and sit ups amazingly were done everyday (excluding a few days like on salts) and everyday they got easier so every week I increased the number by 2 or 3.

Our performance season for band is just beginning which is meaning more rehearsals and more work.  It's starting to get a lot harder and if you miss anything you're behind.  Our first performance is on May 7 but we have to really start preparing for it now.
